Dramatically situated atop the 27-story Tower at Boca Raton Resort & Club, Cielo restaurant is uniquely positioned to achieve breathtaking culinary heights. From this glorious vantage point, guests enjoy Coastal Mediterranean cuisine created by chef Nader Jaouhar who uses the freshest local ingredients while drawing on the inspiration of all the lands of the Mediterranean. Bar Vetro’s martinis are the perfect late afternoon complement to a small plates menu and the brilliant sunset view. Bar 4:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Serving Spanish style Tapas Tuesday  through Saturday
