Old Homestead Steak House Opens First Florida Restaurant at Boca Raton Resort & Club
Old Homestead is open at the Resort & Club, giving resort guests and members the exclusive Florida
opportunity to experience the legendary steak house. Established in 1868 in New York's Meatpacking
District, Old Homestead features an impressive menu of beef and an award-winning collection of wines,
and is a longtime favorite of locals and visitors alike. One of the restaurant's hallmarks is their
unique aging process, which calls for a three-week dry aging of beef with a special blend of herbs,
followed by a week of wet aging, resulting in what are often called the industry's top steaks. Those
who prefer seafood appreciate selections such as the restaurant's signature Seafood Tower and homemade
miso-lime remoulade. The new restaurant was created by famed designer Tony Chi, who took a fresh,
modern approach to the space using contemporary metal materials and textured glass juxtaposed with dark
woods to create a dramatic setting that is sophisticated yet rustic. Old Homestead, located over the
Golf Clubhouse, serves a complete lunch and dinner menu daily with seating indoors as well as out on
the open-air veranda.
Boca Bungalows Debut at Boca Raton Resort & Club
Providing guests an opportunity to truly "get away from it all," the Boca Bungalows are located near
the Resort Golf Course and offer spacious accommodations, many equipped with kitchenettes. Orchestrated
by acclaimed designer Alexandra Champalimaud, the Bungalows illuminate a sense of intimacy, home and place.
Her design is that of understated elegance and simplicity, and each accommodation is appointed with magnificent
white furnishings and beautiful flooring reminiscent of natural stone, accented with a pale and muted palette
of colors and fabrics throughout. Set apart from the main resort, with a separate swimming pool and self-parking
available, the Bungalows are an ideal location for guests seeking seclusion and especially those planning an
extended stay.
