As Executive Chef, Andrew Roenbeck oversees a seasoned culinary team for the Resort & Club's dining and
entertainment venues and banquet services for all of the meetings, weddings and social events. His
extensive culinary background includes the world famous Café and Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo,
working with renowned Chef Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV restaurant and with Café de Paris's
Executive Chef Roger Cuisinier.
During the initial planning meeting, Chef Andrew and his team work with the bride to plan and create her wedding vision. The menus and food items are reviewed emphasizing seasonal and regional specialties. The entire process is extremely flexible and each menu is customized to the bride’s tastes. Whether you are planning an intimate wedding or a large family wedding, quality, care and attention are the common threads throughout.
